Our client is looking to recruit for a Client Support Specialist vacancy in Malta. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to internal and external clients during deployments and applications integration
  • Managing long-lasting relationships with the key business clients
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating accordingly to relevant teams
  • Performing required application configurations and ensuring SLAs are met
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience and ensuring projects are completed
  • Keeping up to date with latest technologies and company products

 

Education and Qualifications: 

  • Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Working knowledge in Payments is required
  • Experience in SQL and APIs would be advantageous
