Our client is looking to recruit a Business Implementation Consultant. Working in a strong team of Fintech professionals you will be exposed to exciting challenges.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Implement and support a Fintech Business solution across the current and new coming client base
  • Be willing to undertake training in the local regulatory requirements
  • Map business requirements, processes, and objectives and develop the necessary customisations to the platform
  • Conduct gap analysis and suggest future enhancement and best practices
  • Providing training for users with leading financial institutions in Malta
  • Perform pre-sales, consultancy and user training as necessary
  • Participate in release upgrade or new functionality assessments and make recommendations
  • Perform regular tests on usability

 

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Banking, IT and Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role in implementing business applications such as CRM/ERP platforms
  • Strong command of SQL Servers and SQL scripting

 

Desired Skills:

  • Analytical and problem-solving
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Good command of the English Language 
  • Strong communication skills in Maltese would be an asset
