Our client is looking to recruit for an IT Operations and Support Manager vacancy in Malta. Managing a team of 6, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing delivery of projects related to the Devops, QA and Support teams
  • Improving workflows and internal processes to drive the company towards excellence
  • Mentoring the technical teams where required and ensuring SLAs deadlines are met
  • Managing product licences, infrastructure and cloud projects, and backup systems of company
  • Handling migrations and improving product deployment
  • Working towards cost optimisation best practices

 

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Previous managerial experience or overseeing of projects would be advantageous
  • Technical background in AWS/Azure, Devops processes, and QA
  • Agile methodology
  • Candidates need to be technically strong enough to mentor their team and support as required
