Our client is seeking to recruit a 2nd Line Software Support position in Malta. Working within the Support team, you will be responsible to provide support to external clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling of customer complaints and inquiries through a variety of channels
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line application support
  • Adhere to agreed KPI's and SLA’s
  • Day-to-day maintenance of different applications
  • Troubleshooting and fixing of applications related issues

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field is not mandatory but would be an advantage
  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in first-line to second-line support
  • Solid experience supporting software products (not hardware or infrastructure  or networking)
  • Ability to write queries in SQL (Installation knowledge is not enough)
  • Experience with SharePoint administration would be seen as an asset

  • Completely fluent, clear and concise English speaking and writing skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively in challenging situations
  • Must be a team player and also hold the ability to work independently
