Our client is seeking to recruit for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Malta. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Offering 2nd line support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Troubleshooting issues escalated from first-line support and escalate unresolved issues
  • Being part of the development life cycle
  • Generating custom reports and appropriate documentation
  • Performing system monitoring
  • Being part of a specialist’s team, available 24/7

Education and experience:

  • Advanced Diploma in IT or any other related qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Experience with Linux environments
  • Knowledgeable in MySQL, PHP, and JavaScript

  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Problem-solver and attentive to detail
  • Good team player and able to work independently
