Within this job as an IT Front Desk /  Customer Care, you will be acting as the first point of contact for the shop clients. You will be called to handle:

  • Take care of all front office operations
  • Greet customers, ensuring they are provided with high-quality services
  • Manage customer queries, handle all correspondence
  • Communicate with customers via email
  • Answer telephone calls in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Deal with telephone support/pricing requests (both corporate and retail)

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum Ordinary level of Education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • IT background would be considered as an asset
  • Being knowledgeable in I.T. Components and/or repairs that can be carried out (this will include tablets, laptops, smartphones etc) would be considered as an asset

Skills:

  • Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach to work
  • Polite and mature attitude
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Maltese
  • Candidates must be currently living in Malta

Working hours are:

1ST SHIFT -  Monday - Friday: 9 am to 6 pm  (1 hour lunch break)        

                                Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm

2ND SHIFT -  Monday - Friday: 10 am to 7 pm  (1 hour lunch break)      

                                Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm
