Our client is seeking to recruit for an Incident Manager vacancy in Malta. You will be responsible to improve current incident workflow enhancements by automating internal processes and introducing new functionality.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Understand the current incident management system to identify areas of improvement 
  • Compile Service Level Agreements and ensure these are being adhered to by respective teams
  • Set KPI's across Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams and ensure these are being met 
  • Monitor and maintain the Incident Management process 
  • Create documentation and audit reports to ensure compliance throughout 
  • Implement best practices to sustain operations 

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IS or related field 
  • Prior experience in Incident Management
  • iGaming experience will be seen as extremely favorable 
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 framework and JIRA
  • A familiarity with Linux based systems will be considered a plus

  • Follow a meticulous and proactive approach to your work 
  • Be process oriented and have strong attention to detail
  • A team player but also holding the ability to work independently
  • Excellent English communication skills 
  • Be willing to travel on a monthly basis
