Our client operating within the manufacturing and distribution of food products and is seeking to recruit the services of a full-time Payroll Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Updating information and inputting data in excel sheets in preparation for payroll calculation;
  • Monitoring time and attendance sheets including comparison with rosters;
  • Calculating payroll on a monthly basis;;
  • Issuing of payslips and FS3’s;
  • Assisting staff members with any payroll queries.

Education and experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience within an HR/ Accounts (payroll) role.

Skills

  • Excellent communications skills in Maltese and English;
  • You will be trustworthy, polite and organised;
  • Have knowledge of local employment legislation;
  • Pay attention to detail and ensure efficiency;
  • Computer literate and proficient especially in MS Office application.
