A new job of an HR Administrator is currently available. You will be supporting the HR department and reporting to the Assistant HR Manager your main responsibilities will include:

  • Updating HR records by recording new hires, transfers and terminations as per company procedures
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems including payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
  • Processing payroll documentation for pay adjustments
  • Issuing periodic and ad hoc reports including engagement/termination forms and other HR-related information
  • Monitoring employees under probation and also preparing the relevant termination documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries by assisting employees with the interpretation and correct application of Company policies and procedures

Education and Experience

  • A diploma in human resource management or an HR-related qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and employment law regulations

Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude approach
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Maltese language
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
