- Managing multiple HR projects and stable operations
- Coordination of the companies HR activities
- Recruitment and Selection
- Training, Reporting, Performance Management,
- Staff Welfare, Health and Safety and Compliance
Experience and Skills
- A first degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Solid previous experience in an HR role
- IT proficiency as well as the ability to understand data and produce reports.
- You must be a great organiser with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Confident and have a positive personality
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation is important.
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
