Our client is a major construction contractor undertaking a range of high-profile projects throughout Malta. Due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, an HR Executive is now required to take responsibility for the daily administrative and HR duties within the organisation.


Responsibilities:
  • Spending 3 – 4 hours a day on sites dealing with any employee issues that may arise;
  • Assist in ensuring employees understand and comply with policies;
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures;
  • Maintaining records related to after performance reviews after recruitment are finished, probations, contracts, disciplinary actions and work permits;
  • Assist in the implementation of the annual performance review of employees;
  • Compiling data for monthly reports;
  • Completing termination paperwork, assisting with exit interviews, updating the database;
  • Assist and organizing team-building activities;
  • Organizing meetings as required and minute;
  • Assisting in Group events;
  • Prepare letters of promotion, appointments, increases;
  • Annual appraisals coordination;
  • Renewal of contracts;
  • Work permits renewals and database upkeep.
