Our client is looking to recruit for an HR and Payroll Specialist vacancy in Malta. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance and support for the day-to-day HR and Payroll related requirements and being involved in the preparation of employment contracts and upkeep of the company’s HR data system
  • Updating HR procedures and policies and documenting any changes
  • Providing support and guidance to team members in adhering with payroll deadlines, new procedures and operational duties
  • Processing adjustments within payroll and salaries of employees to ensure correct remunerations 
  • Assisting in the organization of employee satisfaction surveys, performance appraisals and monthly reports
  • Supporting in development and delivery of HR events, wellbeing programs and reward & recognition initiatives
  • Identifying training needs and handle any training coordination


Education and Experience:

  • Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology or Accounting, or relevant qualifications
  • Working experience in a similar position in HR and/ or Payroll is a must
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Maltese Employment Law
