Full Time Experienced

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be managing the HR Function across the companies within the group. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities include the following:

  • Providing insight and supporting the deployment of HR strategies, policies and corporate initiatives in line with company goals
  • Preparing and implementing HR budgets, while overseeing employee compensation and benefits
  • Promoting a positive team culture and strengthening relations with stakeholders while strengthening the brand
  • Handling employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, training needs analyses and coordinating of training programs as well as recruitment
  • Supporting in training and development
  • Other duties will include resourcing, recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition programs

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related areas a must 
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations


  • Native level of Maltese and good understanding of English
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and a problem solver
  • Good at relationship building 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
