Job vacancy: HR Clerk/Assistant
Our client is a main building contractor undertaking a range of projects throughout Malta. With a staff headcount in excess of 200, the HR function within the company continues to deliver for both the business and employees and now requires an additional team member to be based from the Mosta office.
The role of HR Clerk/Assistant will assist the HR Manager in undertaking the following:
- Serve as point of reference for new employment queries during the hiring process;
- Maintain records related to performance interviews when onboarding is complete; ensuring correct delivery of contracts, work permits etc;
- Assist in organisation of team building activities and internal meetings (taking minutes as required);
- Manage personnel according to job description where required;
- Prepare letters of promotion, appointments renewals of contracts etc;
- Coordinate annual appraisals;
- Manage employee departure though exit interviews, completion of termination paperwork etc;
- Compilation of various reports; This role will require an organised individual with some knowledge of Malta Labour Law and strong interpersonal skills.
