Our client operates in the Hotel Industry. The company is seeking the services of an Operations Manager to join their team to lead the Hotel Operations.

The Role

  • Managing various operational departments within the hotel
  • Budget Management
  • Ensuring that SOP's are in place and doing the necessary changes where necessary
  • Do ongoing audits to check that SOP's are being adhered to
  • Ensuring that third party suppliers act within their Service Level Agreements
  • Ensuring that staffing levels are optimal at all times
  • Plan and manage Rosters
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth, company wide operation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Have at least 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Having dealt with all areas of Hotel Management is a must.
  • Having qualifications in Hospitality &/or Management will be considered as a strong asset
  • Operations knowledge gained from a local Hotel is a must


  • Have good leadership skills
  • Be a good Communicator
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Be highly organised
  • Have a practical approach to work
