Grand Hotel Excelsior in Malta is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Butcher to form part of its award-winning Kitchen brigade on a part-time basis. 

Requirements:   
  • Previous related professional experience;
  • Experience within a hotel environment will be considered an asset;
  • Food Handlers License B;
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles;
  • Organisational skills, and the ability to handle several tasks concurrently;
  • The ability to work flexible hours;
  • An eye for detail;
  • Diploma in Food Preparation from ITS will be considered an asset.
