Sales and Events Coordinator

Within this job as a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Sales Manager whilst forming part of a team focusing on administration and back-office sales and events duties. Main responsibilities are as follows : 

  • General administrative duties
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Conducting research, preparing statistical reports and data collection
  • Assisting with preparation for reports and proposals 
  • Generating group and/or corporate leads
  • Liaising with team members within different departments, Clients and Suppliers
  • Manage and maintain schedules, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as well as taking minutes
  • Preparing sales-related documents i.e information packages, brochures and other promotional materials

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with an element of flexibility over weekends and Public Holidays

Education and Experience 

  • O-Level standard of Education or higher
  • 2 years of experience in catering and/or events is a must
  • Professional level of English is a must both verbal and written
  • Native level of Maltese is seen as preferable 
  • Possession of driving licence 


  • Possess good communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work in an organized manner and to prioritise the workload
  • Ability to work within a team
