Within this job as a Team Building and Event Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Department Manager while forming part of a small team. You will be responsible for working on the planning and execution of team building events and also client relationships. Main duties are as follows:

  • Attending client meetings: briefing, site visits and follow-ups 
  • Planning, preparing and delivering team building events
  • Coordination of Events: equipment, staffing, catering, venue etc
  • Nurturing building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Meeting event budgets
  • Ensuring timeframes for invoicing and post-event evaluation are met
  • Liaising with internal teams for relevant promotions

Working Hours: Monday to Friday + Overtime

Education and Experience

  • A’ Level standard of education 
  • Professional level of English is a must both verbal and written
  • Native level of Maltese is seen as preferable 
  • 2 years of experience within a team-building / event coordinator role is ideal 
  • In possession of a clean Driving Licence is a must and ideally ownership of own car 


  • Physically fit for the role with a passion for outdoors 
  • Bubbly, energetic and open to public speaking
  • Creative and good problem solver 
  • Adventurous and a team player
