An exciting opportunity has arisen at Radisson Blu Resort and Spa, Golden Sands in Malta for an ambitious and energetic Chef de Partie
on a full-time basis with a flair for culinary arts to join their Kitchen Brigade.
Key responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the:
- Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes;
- Supervision and support of team members in own section to achieve optimum quality;
- Running of the day to day shifts in the kitchen;
The candidate will also be expected to ensure the highest quality standards at all time whilst complying and maintaining established hygiene practices in line with HACCP requirements.
Essential requirements for this position include relevant qualification coupled with a proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment. The ideal candidate must be driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed food and service standards.
