Radisson Blu Resort and Spa, Golden Sands in Malta is seeking an Indian Specialty Chef
to join their young and dynamic culinary team on a full-time basis.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and executing Indian Specialty dishes within our Indian cuisine restaurant ‘Essence of India’ in line with the Resort’s brand standards;
- Furthermore, the candidate will be entrusted to maintain high levels of productivity and food & hygiene standards in line with HACCP guidelines, rules and regulations;
- The Indian Specialty Chef will be responsible for training junior team members by sharing knowledge of this specialized cuisine.

- The selected person must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Indian speciality cuisine within a similar hotel and/or restaurant environment;
- He/she must be educated in quantity food production, presentation, service, sanitization and skillful knowledge of this particular cuisine'
- Furthermore, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate creativeness and has the ability to work under pressure as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
