bet365 is looking to recruit a Customer Due Diligence Specialist to join their team within their Customer Du Diligence team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will strengthen the team’s growth and support the Company’s operation at our offices based in Malta.

Overview BodyText:

  • Vacancies exist for English, Spanish, Danish, German, Bulgarian, Italian and Swedish languages;
  • Applicants must be fluent in their respective language with an excellent standard of both written and spoken English;
  • The positions are full time role and will require a flexible approach to working hours with a rolling rota of five days from seven, including evening shifts and Public Holidays;
  • A full training programme combined with competitive pay rates will be offered to the successful applicants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The department is responsible for conducting in depth research and using this to analyse and accurately record customer information in order to enable bet365 to meet regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Ideal candidates will have keen attention to detail and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • In addition, initiative, sound judgement, ability to analyse, and strong organisational skills are essential in order to balance workload and meet deadlines;
  • Previous experience working in a risk, regulation or compliance role would be advantageous, and experience of working in the sports and gambling Industry would be desirable but is not essential.
