As a Customer Account Advisor you will join the Gaming Customer Service team to support the operation at our offices based in Malta.

Job role:
We are keen to welcome candidates who are bright, knowledgeable and enthusiastic to join our Customer Service team who are passionate about delivering high quality service, whilst working in a fast paced, rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression. From your first day with the Company, relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role, including all gaming products and betting, giving you the tools and knowledge to provide an excellent customer experience. Main Responsibilities:
  • Assisting our global customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email
  • Supporting customers with a wide variety of account-based promotional slot and table game queries across our Bingo, Poker, Casino, Games and Vegas products.


Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service
  • Ability to problem solve and find a resolution
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Competent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
