Grasswood Entertainments in Malta are looking for a new Customer Support Manager
to join their wonderful team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience with online gaming as a manager in customer support. You will be responsible for the implementation of the strategic direction and manage the Support Operations in terms of quality, employee development, and efficiency perspective.

- Fluent in English;
- Spanish and/or Italian are an advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Strong analytical skills to identify improvements and opportunities;
- Ability to make strong long-lasting relationships with the customers and organization interfaces in order to influence positive customer relationships;
- Example of integrity, self-motivated with the ability to work independently;
