Hero Gaming is looking for a full-time Customer Support Hero (Japanese Speaking) to assist their Japanese speaking players across a multi-brand platform, based at their fantastic office in sunny Malta! At Hero Gaming, they are obsessed about impressing their customers with the best possible experiences. The vision of creating a WOW experience for their customer remains the guiding light for their great team of Customer Support Heroes.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting our players via chat and e-mail;
  • Providing WOW experience to our players;
  • Maintaining customer focus and responding to customer queries in accordance with company guidelines;
  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary;
  • Promoting Hero Gaming’s values and products;
  • Ensuring professional working relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar position;
  • A team player with a positive attitude;
  • Good communication and IT-skills;
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in both Japanese and English;
  • *You must be over 18 years old and have a clean police record;
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work shift including weekends and public holidays;
  • Ambitious and can imagine a future within Hero Gaming.
