EF International Language School in Malta is looking to recruit a Front Desk Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and school day to day administration.

Job role: 
Reporting to the Manager of Student Services, you will be based at the School Front Desk and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction will be your highest priority, achieved through helping students,  excellent administration skills, inter-departmental communication and willingness to go the extra mile.


Responsibilities: 
As Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the face of the school for both our students and our staff. You will be overall responsible for welcoming and assisting the students into the school with a smile, being approachable for their needs as well as creating a lively and exciting atmosphere for them to enjoy day to day. What will you be doing?
As Front Desk has a link to all departments and as it is the core of the production of the school, no day will be the same. This means you will be involved in a number of different areas including preparing and running arrivals, relaying activity information and delivering briefings to new staff. You will also be involved in promoting and suggesting events and activities as well as dealing with student needs and concerns should they arise.


What do you need?
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally working with young people. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude who is capable of using their own initiative as well as being approachable with excellent interpersonal skills. We need you to be ready to relocate to Malta if not already here, and legally able to work in Malta  Therefore, you need to have an  EU passport. To keep up with the standards in our school, you also need to have a fluent level of English. EF is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
