JOB TYPE: Full Time JOB LEVEL: Experienced

Our client requires a Personal Assistant to provide full administrative support to the Director as well as manage the day to day smooth running of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently supporting the Director as required on administrative tasks
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Acting as the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders of the organisation
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
  • Screening phone calls, managing voicemail and responding to external calls
  • Sitting in board meetings, taking minutes and compiling reports

Experience and Education

  • An Advanced Level of education or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
