Finance Executive (North of Malta)

A Finance Executive position is currently available with a fast-growing international group specialising in security and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer 
• Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records including inter-company;
• Maintaining the general ledger;
• Preparing bank reconciliations;
• Filing VAT returns;
• Processing payroll;
• Assisting in the preparation of management accounts;
• Assisting in annual audits;
• Handling other finance and accounting duties as required by the management.

Education & Experience:

• Studying for ACCA, AAT or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years’ local experience in a similar post;
• Familiar with Microsoft applications (Excel and Word)

Skills:

• Fluency in Maltese & English
• Meticulous
• Highly organised
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision
