A vacancy is now available for an Executive Assistant / HR Manager to provide full administrative support to the CEO as well as take over the full HR function of the company. Your main responsibilities will include:-

  • Efficiently supporting the CEO as required on administrative tasks
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
  • Acting as the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders of the organisation
  • Coordinating and sitting in management meetings, taking minutes, preparing agendas and compiling reports
  • Handle HR related matters including performance appraisals, checking attendance sheets and ensure staff adherence to company policies
  • Partaking in the recruitment and training of new employees
  • Assist in organizing staff events, teambuilding activities, and corporate events 

Education and Experience

  • Minimum A'Level Standard of Education
  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, proficiency in Maltese would be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of human resource management and development practices would be ideal but full training will be provided to the candidate with the right aptitude
