Our client, a leader in the iGaming sector in Malta, is looking to recruit a Customer Support Agent (Spanish/Portuguese Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.
- Interact with and give support to customers by assisting them and providing a welcoming and pleasant experience via email, chat or phone;
- Work with other departments to ensure customer queries are tackled in a correct and timely fashion;
- Work closely with the payments team;
- Strive to retain customers;
- Give support to colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese;
- Customer Service focused;
- Exemplary and responsible team player;
- Strong sense of initiative;
- Able to work well under pressure;
- Excellent Computer literacy skills, especially in web-based applications.
