A new Customer Support Specialist - Dutch job is now available within the field of cryptocurrency and blockchain with one of our clients in their newly opened office in Spain. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling high amounts of live chat and incoming emails
  • Identifying and evaluating customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
  • Providing accurate, valid and comprehensive information 
  • Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options within the time limits; following up to secure resolution
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience of proven customer facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Strong ability in using IT for professional use and can handle somewhat technical queries from customers. 
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a strong asset
  • Fluent in English and Dutch

Skills

  • Exceptional written communication skill and a good listener
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
  • Thrives through difficult conversations

Candidate must be willing to work weekends and irregular hours. Selected candidate can opt to work remotely.
