Apco Pay in Malta is looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Business Operations, the candidate will take an active role to link online clients with banks prior to payment processing. The role involves providing support by e-mail, phone, Skype and ticketing system, and reviewing cases with team leaders to provide effective feedback.
