Red Acre Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit Customer Support Agents to join their team on a full-time basis.
If you would like to be the first point of contact for Red Acre as our best representatives working in a multi-cultural environment with other departments; this is the role for you. With your experience and communication skills, you will take responsibility for assisting customer queries, resolving issues to the best of your ability and take pride in being a part of our success. You will be curious to know and understand our clients’ businesses so that you can offer the best support possible. Read on below for the role responsibilities and requirements.
- Assisting customers via e-mail, live chat, and telephone;
- Enjoy problem-solving;
- Managing customer accounts (passwords etc.);
- Support the KYC department on a daily basis;
- Work together with your team to reach customer service related targets.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a customer care role;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
*Please note that the company operates 24/7 and therefore the role is subject to evening and night shifts.
