Customer Service

In the position of Client Care Specialist, you will be reporting to the Senior Specialist and you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer calls and assisting them in technical queries, ordering of parts, sales inquiries and follow-ups, finance and insurance-related queries
  • Replying to customers on Digital media, such as Facebook pages, messenger, live chats and service email
  • Processing documentation on parts arrival 
  • Booking Services for clients, monitoring and validating online service bookings and online orders/payments of parts
  • Meeting monthly targets and upselling (outbound calls) for service plans and servicing
  • Assisting the HR in recording employee sick leave and carrying out other duties as required 

Education and Experience

For this vacancy you will need:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MQF Level 4)
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a technical role will be given preference 
  • Excellent level of Maltese and English - both written and spoken
