Vittoria Services in Malta is looking to recruit a Chat Bot Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The Chat Bot Administrator is responsible for creating value by implementing and expanding the Chatbot functionalities. Also responsible for facilitating discussions, documenting requirements and executing automation in line with the business OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

             
As their Chat Bot Administrator, we need you to:
  • Partner with the ChatBot Developer to document chat bot solutions;
  • Be accountable and take ownership of and expanding the Chatbot application across the enterprise over time;
  • Show your Passion!  Represent Vittoria Services with a passion as you research, recommend, and propose solutions to improve the way we handle interactions through a Chatbot;
  • Maintain the Integrity of our project road maps for all Chatbot business cases through ongoing participation in project design and development stages from the concept to final hand-off;
  • Embracing Teamwork to ensure business needs across Vittoria Services are collected, prioritized and communicated to our business partners
  • Keep abreast of the latest Chabot trends, techniques, and technologies;
  • Help the organization Embrace Change as you streamline and optimize our processes and solutions through the design, development, testing, implementation and support of chatbot business cases;
  • Create Value by maintaining knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to chatbots and corresponding architectural solution;
  • Use Teamwork to Facilitate and document future automation requirements and provide a road map for Chatbot expansion with both the ChatBot Developer and Front Line staff;
  • At all times you have Accountability to:
    • Adhere to the Company’s Handbook and Code of Conduct;
    • Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with all of our data;
  • You will also need to perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to your role.


To become their Chat Bot Administrator, you should meet these requirements:
  • Solid understanding of internal processes and procedures;
  • Problem-solving ability to diagnose and logically resolve customer problems using experience, good judgement and acquired knowledge of the Company and the tools we use;
  • Have a strong understanding of NLP / NLU / NLG;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Experience with JavaScript, Python or other codes;
  • Knowledge/familiarity with UX principles;
  • Strong Organizational and Technical writing skills;
  • REST API knowledge (development of and/or use);
  • Marketing and/or Advertising background/experience will be considered an asset;
  • Experience with features and functionalities of RPA - Robotic Process Automation tools is a bonus;
  • Without a doubt, you should have the flexibility to work in a Fun, fast-paced environment with a rotating 24/7 schedule and sometimes even be required to work on holidays if needs be.
