Binary (Europe) Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-driven, and proactive Customer Support Executive dedicated to serving our Portuguese speaking clients and partners. You’ll be operating at the front line and serving as the voice of the company. This role is essential by delivering world-class customer experience, you are directly responsible for creating customer loyalty and nurturing business growth.

As our Customer Support Executive, you will serve as the voice of the company, and help our customers and partners to resolve and reduce issues they might potentially face with our products and services. As our point person for our Portuguese speaking customers and partners, you will be counted upon to manage day-to-day issues without constant feedback and guidance. The frontline is essential to our business and you are expected to deliver world-class customer service that creates customer loyalty and promotes business growth.
Remuneration and benefits:
This position includes a market-based salary, annual performance bonus, and health benefits. You will also enjoy a casual dress code, as well as travel and Internet allowances.
We will also assist you with your work permit or EU Blue Card, and relocation for your family.
This role is based at our headquarters in Msida.
