One of our clients, a leader within the financial services industry in Malta, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.


Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of payments received in bank accounts;
  • Handling all service calls and emails from Banks and intermediaries;
  • Processing of action related to policies such as refunds, top-ups, alterations, premium payment, policy revival etc;
  • Coordinate with IT Unit and process as appropriate issuance of notifications and valuations.



Skills:

  • Meticulous with a keen eye for details;
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.



Requirements:

  • Minimum A level standard education;
  • 1+ year experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in insurance would be considered an asset;
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and preferably Maltese.
