Working closely with the Financial Account Managers, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising directly with Clients on a daily basis and handling various requests in a timely manner
  • Candidates with a legal background will be responsible for reviewing and drafting of legal documents
  • Assisting with the setting up of companies, from prospect phase until incorporation, registering at local authorities, and opening of bank accounts
  • Keeping track of new legal and fiscal developments and anticipate changes in legislation and translate this into business opportunities
  • Ensuring that statutory deadlines are met

Education and experience:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a CSP or a company law background
  • Experience within Maltese Corporate Law will be considered an asset
  • Experience with gaming and gaming-related industries will be considered an asset
  • Fluent in written and spoken English


  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
