This job of a Chief Sales Manager - Real Estate is screaming out the name of any sales professional with a track record of success in Commercial and/or Residential Real Estate. Your main duties will include:
- Identify potential market segments
- Prepare projected sales and lease forecasts
- Assist with reviewing of unit layouts, specifications and pricing
- Assist in drafting of different agreements: promise of sale, deeds, condominium, lease and service agreements
- Liaise internally with Marketing, PR and Finance teams
- Identify and participate in local and foreign real estate fairs
- Represent the company on all sales fronts
Education & Experience
- Minimum 15 years experience within the real estate industry is essential
- Local experience within real estate is a must
- Experience in sales management in large developments seen as a major plus
- Certification in Sales and Management seen as an asset
- Native level of Maltese and professional level of English is needed
- Proficient in IT
