Our client is looking to recruit a Software Business Development Consultant in Malta. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced and friendly environment of professionals working on award-winning products.
- Meeting sales targets and operational KPI's from the business
- Generating leads, cold-calling, developing the right leads and transforming them into a business opportunity for the various services offered by the company
- Analysing the clients’ requirements and developing them into project proposals, be it advisory, custom web or custom software
- Negotiating contracts ultimately leading to finalising the deal in the best interest of both parties
- Translating the customers’ requirements into the best technical and commercial solution, in collaboration with the web and software development team
- Participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders in order to launch projects
- Maintaining relationships and identifying an opportunity for growing relationships into key accounts
- Representing the company at affiliate events as a participant or speaker and also participating in direct lead generation activities such as online webinars, and sending email marketing campaigns.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Business and Computing
- Possessing a minimum of 2 years’ experience in software sales and/or business analysis or IT Advisory (Not hardware Sales)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A great sense of responsibility and capable of working independently
- Ability to make a rational decision considering relevant risks and taking responsibility for such decisions
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Driving license and own transport
