A Card Operations Specialist position is currently available within the banking industry in Malta.
- Creating documents and card methodology
- Train and support staff accordingly by being their point of contact
- Scheme management
- Ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures
- Managing onward Jira tickets both internally and externally
- Daily processing of internal card report
- Provides effective customer service and assists in resolving problems
- Liaising with external partners for Card Management Systems and Core Banking System
- Card related UAT testing in relation to daily transaction procedures, card processing procedures and reconciliations.
- Familiar with transaction flow, personalization process, transaction reconciliations, and chargeback processing.
- Assist with the day to day operations of the department
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of local experience working in a similar role
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese
- Can work independently and within a team
- Good motivational skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Focused and attentive to detail
