Administrative & Clerical

Within this Administrative Support (temporary) position you will be forming part of the company's European and International Cooperation Unit. Your main duties will include:

  • Filing and preparation of files for meetings
  • Preparation of schedules and/or agendas
  • Assistance with mission preparation and follow-up
  • Support for the organisation of meetings
  • Drafting basic letters, documents and powerpoints as required
  • Carry out research
  • Draw up and/or transcribe minutes of meetings 
  • Other administrative duties as may be assigned by the line manager 

Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary education attested by a diploma or secondary education
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative function or equivalent 


  • Good command of the English language both oral and written 
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy - including MS Office applications as well as the use of the internet and web-based applications
  • Very good intercultural and interdisciplinary communication skills 


This Administrative Support (temporary) position is within an established international agency based in Malta.
