Europharma Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Administration Officer
to join their team on a full-time basis.
The role involves interacting and liaising with suppliers for the supply of various healthcare-related items required by our clients. It also includes sourcing of new suppliers as required, focusing on matching specifications required by customers with those offered by suppliers. Other requirements of this role include daily submission of various quotes, both for private customers and government tenders, including sound record keeping of all data submitted to enable its future retrieval. A strong administrative background is essential for this role, and the ideal candidate should be a highly organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual.
Prospective candidates should:
- Be fluent in English;
- Maltese understanding/speaking would be an asset;
- Have strong negotiation skills;
- Have previous experience in administrative work;
- Be IT Proficient and in possession of the ECDL;
- Have a minimum of Ordinary Level standard of education, ideally including a science subject.
