A job opportunity for a Payroll & Administration Clerk is currently available within a Construction Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing payroll by using Shireburn Indigo
  • Ensuring that payroll runs reflect accurate vacation leave, sickness, and other entitlements
  • Inputting of Invoices
  • Handling cash collection
  • Supporting Directors with administrative duties 

Working Hours - Monday to Friday from 8 am - 4 pm

Education & Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Minimum O Level standard of education 
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a must

Skills:

  • A proactive and hands-on approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised, with an eye for detail
