A Front Office Receptionist position is currently available with a highly reputable medium sized organization in financial services.


  • Welcoming guests and greeting people
  • Coordination of front desk activities
  • Registration of incoming mail and distributing correspondence accordingly
  • Handling incoming calls 
  • The preparation of meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Other administrative duties for the smooth running of the department

Education & Experience:

  • You must be in possession of a minimum MQF Level 4 qualification
  • Being in possession of a Certificate or Diploma in Administration and Secretarial duties will be highly preferred
  • Previous local experience in a similar role is a must


  • Fluency in English & Maltese
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Pleasant personality
  • Diligent and organised
