Administrative & Clerical

In this role of an Accounts Clerk you will form part of the Finance Team and your responsibilities will include;

  • Inputting, processing and posting of invoices in the company's accounting system
  • Handling reconciliations of relative accounts
  • Posting of petty cash
  • Conducting other duties as may be required by the company.


Education & Experience

The vacancy requires that you;

  • Hold a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Have an 'A' level in Accounts
  • Understand and speak both English and Maltese languages
  • Have a good command of Word and Excel



  • Analytical and have an eye for detail
  • Numerate and highly organized
  • Adhere to deadlines
