KREA in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator Associate to join their team on a full-time basis.

As a Warehouse Administration Associate, you will report to the Warehouse Manager and ensure that all documents relating to outgoing goods are in order. You will also be responsible for handling the paperwork for any returns, coordinating the picking cycle, and issuing invoices as necessary. In addition, you will also assist the Warehouse Manager in other daily administration duties including following up with other departments on any stock inaccuracies found.
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for someone who is mature and responsible;
- Takes pride in being accurate and organised;
- Communicates well, verbally and in writing, in Maltese and English;
- Possesses a minimum ‘O’ Level standard of education or equivalent, including in Accounting;
- Ideally has previous experience in handling stock within a warehouse environment.
*This position will be based at the Warehouse’s office and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 14:30 and Saturday from 07:00 to 12:00.
