Administration Officer - Condominium Coordinator

As the Administration Officer you will be working closely with the Head of Department for the Property section of a large Group of Companies.  Your main focus will be supporting all facets related to the coordination of condominiums needs.  Main duties are the following:

  • Perform general office duties
  • Be the first point of contact via telephone or emails
  • Reply to enquiries within a timely manner
  • Maintain and enhance relations with residents, staff and landlords
  • Request quotations 
  • Coordinate maintenance work needed
  • Carry out site inspections
  • Monitor budget expenses and report to management as required
  • Perform all other reasonable duties assigned by Management

Education & Experience

  • 1 year experience within the property industry is a must
  • An understanding of accounting practises and procedures is seen as a major plus
  • A good understanding of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel is needed
  • Native level of Maltese and proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Possess a clean driving license


  • Organised and good at multi-tasking
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Good supervisory and problem solving skills

This position as an Administration Officer is for the coordination of a portfolio of properties within a large Group of Companies.
