Within this Administrative Support (temporary) position you will be forming part of the Company's Department of Operations. Your main duties will include : 

  • General administration and secretarial support and assisting in the day-to-day running of the office
  • Responsible for the organisation of events, meetings and training
  • Document management - keeping records, managing tools and databases
  • Assistance and analysis/advice on procurement, contracts as well as financial matters
  • Draft documents, templates, minutes and reports
  • Logistic arrangements, purchasing, performing facilities management and maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining inventory and managing assets in the office
  • Monthly reporting on inventory, stock tracking, invoice tracking, asset tracking and receipts tracking
  • Project assistance and implementation support
  • Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile 


Education and Experience 

  • University degree - preferred or advantageous 
  • Demonstrated previous experience in relevant tasks



  • Professional fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy - including MS Office applications as well as the use of internet and web-based applications
  • Very good intercultural and interdisciplinary communication skills
