In the position of an Office Administrator, you will be working within a small team and reporting to the Office Manager and General Manager. This opportunity provides a career plan for an Office Manager position in a few year's time. For this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Costing of goods imported and entering the data into the company's stock management system
  • Issuing of invoices and basic accounting entries
  • Managing stocks with respect to stock reservations, etc.
  • Answering customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction 
  • Assisting the Office Manager with day to day office management
  • General ad hoc administrative duties 

Education and Experience

You will need:

  • A'Level standard of education 
  • Previous experience in an administrative position 
  • Previous experience in Accounts would be given preference
  • Knowledge of Shireburn is preferred
  • Excellent level of Maltese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 


  • Highly organized
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Can work on own initiative 
  • Excellent prioritization and communication skills
