A Front Office Administrator position is currently available with an established firm providing client accounting services to different organizations.


  • Greeting walk in customers
  • Handling telephone calls
  • Answering e-mails
  • Assisting with payroll 
  • Managing correspondence and posting updates on the system
  • Offering administrative and office support to the team
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Managing communication with stakeholders
  • Overseeing the upkeep of the offices
  • Handling payments and receivables
  • Any other duties for the smooth 

Education & Experience:

  • You must having a minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar role locally
  • Previous experience within the local financial services industry will be considered a strong asset
  • Previous experience in payroll will be highly preferred

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Maltese and English
  • Fluency in Italian will be considered a strong asset
